HMC APPROVED PRIME BEEF BURGERS:
We have partnered with an HMC-approved beef processing plant in Ireland to offer the biggest range of premium frozen Halal beef burgers in the UK, including:
45g, 90g & 180g American style burger patties
2oz "Smash Burger" beef pucks
3oz Aberdeen Angus "Smash Burger" beef pucks
4oz & 6oz gourmet beef burgers
All our premium beef burgers are made with only flank and forequarter cuts, from prime grass-fed Irish cattle. Fat content is approx 20%, and with the exception of the gourmet burgers, our patties contain 100% beef - no fillers, rusk or even seasonings! This is what sets our product apart from the competition, we can advise on seasoning blends to use at the cook stage to produce a burger that will have your customers coming back, time and time again!
In addition we have recently launched our 85g square fish fillet burgers, to give our clients the ability to compete with the 'big boys' on quality and taste!

We are the sole Scottish distributor of the fantastic MUM's range of sauces from Belgium, the top sellers being:
Algerian DZ - the original Algerian burger sauce. Many of the UK's top burger joints are using this is as their secret "house sauce".
